Scientissimum's Exclusive Publishing "Clinical Management and Organization Strategies"

It's been a lot of hard work and dedication to make this project LIVE and we finally did it! Ladies and gentlemen I finally introduce you to our very first and exclusive scientific research case study conducted by Scientissimum Medical Group's team - "Clinical Management and Organization Strategies".

What makes this project unique is, that it makes it our first academic publishing and of course the project we, as a team successfully implemented for the multispecialty medical practice in underserved area of Brooklyn, NY. There were a lot of strategical thinking involved, as well as our intuition and expertise in the business development arena. We dove into the details of what makes this medical practice tick, and explored all possible scenarios to increase the efficiency of this amazing medical facility. Every single issue starting from front desk to the post-care follow up flows were addressed, in order to increase efficiency and ultimately raise the branding and ROI for this company. The results and findings of this scientific case study, will certainly contribute greatly to any medical practice looking to increase efficiency, and instill a value based patient-centered care.

In general, medical field tend to publish mostly disease or basic science related topics. Scientissimum on other hand, would like not only publish basic science and medicine related themes, but also on management and every day routine that makes a big part of any medical practice around the world. We would like to contribute our knowledge to the physician leadership, we believe there is a leader in every doctor, nurse or simply any medical professional involved in patient care.

As you know, medicine is very political, yet the most personal business you can ever be involved in. Neurosurgeon Dr. P. Carmel stated in Physician Leadership Conference held at Columbia University - if you are in medicine, then you are automatically a politician! We couldn't agree more, as there are too many hands in the healthcare industry. And us, as medical professionals - we need to be ready to deal with challenging situations we face on every day basis, whether it's insurance company claims or efficiently accommodating time for OR use, or implementation of business development plans for higher ROI. These are all factors that play a key role around patient-centered care, and we simply can't afford to neglect them; because negligence will lead to ultimately poor patient care and hospital closure.

Therefore, we as an organization, are striving to be a primary source for physicians to be leaders of XXI century with all the necessary tools provided within one place. We set our standards very high to support underserved, rural and urban healthcare communities, and this is only the beginning of our journey!

Once again, thank you for supporting us and being part of this amazing road to success!

Sincerely,

Emil Zhalmukhamedov
